Three films made in Tamil nadu have made their way into various film festivals abroad.
1. Thoovanam
Directed by Haricharan and Newton (Lot has been written about this movie in my blog)
2. My Dear Father
3. Self Defence
Item 2 & 3 directed by Ganesh
Thoovanam was released in Chennai a few months ago and got rave reviews. It has been selected to be screened at the Byron Bay Film Festival, Australia which is a popular and prestigious film festival.
The other two films have been chosen and screened at Beverly Hills Film Festival in prime slots
In My Dear Father, Y.Gee Mahendra plays the father.
