Bollywood ARR - Pritam

For someone who started out 5 years ago, Pritam has come a long way. Film Dhoom skyrocketed the career of this young music maverick who was associated with radio jingles and college music bands until he messmerized all of us with his unique music. From foot tapping numbers to raga based melodies, everything from this composer has been extraordinary.

His Music on Dhoom-2 was exemplorary. He scored tamizh and telugu versions of Dhoom-2 as well, which recorded maximum sales of audio CDs. Many people watched Dhoom-2 repeatedly because of his foot tapping music and dance of hrithik roshan / aishwarya. Many people brand him as A.R.Rehman of mumbai.

Pritam oda latchakanakkana fanz'il naanum oruvan. Any title if it is music by Pritam, kanna mooditu I will buy the CD. One melody and one foot tapping rap number is sure in his album.

Recently, he has released two movies titled "Metro" and 'Kya love story hai".

In "Metro" he has teamed with Soham Chakraborty, singers Suhail, James and Eric Pillai all big names in bollywood.

The concept of getting multiple hit song makers and composers together has been done for the first time in "Metro".

With so much talent under one oof, the fantastic five have sent out to create a musical journey which takes through the themes, situations and moments, myriad emotions and passions of the film.

Eric Pillai, a graduate from Westminister College in Londong, used the urban city setting as a backdrop. Eric has to his credit, smash hits like Gangster, Dhoom, Woh Lamhe and Bas Ek Pal. All were topping the music charts.

James is the singing sensationg of Bangladesh, who enthralled everyone with "Bheegi bheegi" from Gangster. Music of "Metro" is a treat to Pritam lovers.

Music of "Kya love story hai" Audio was released recently.

Two songs, "Miss you everyday" by shaan and "Deewana Teri Ankhon kaa" by Joy / Jojo stamps the signature of Pritam.

In Deewana Teri Ankhon Kaa, he simply rocks and I have gone mad listening to this song umpteen number of times.
