When kamal movie releases it is a big occasion for movie lovers. I happened to see this movie in Chennai Satyam Theatre. I am visiting this theatre after so many years. It was wonderful moment and experience of watching a big movie in a good theatre with the best DTS sound.
Though I have "The Wednesday" DVD with me, I have not watched the original version for the only reason I may not enjoy kamal when he releases the tamil version. Now I have to see how Nasrudin acted in this movie.
After a court room victory, this film was released amidst lot of expectations and I should say kamal has proved once again why he is so great in tamil filmdom. Friday to Sunday all shows full in all theatres this film had released. Thats a great opening for a Kamal Movie. Pyramid Saimira Swaminathan must be fuming now :-) having failed to stop this movie's release.
A simple story. Violence should be dealt with violence. How this is being told is the crux of this movie.

Padaththil paaratukuriyavargaL Mohanlal teamil varum andha rendu police officers. Wow. Superb portrayal. A special pat to both of them.

The most appreciable thing is "CASTING" for this movie.
Everyone has been chosen perfectly who can fit into that character with Finesse.
With one major twist in the movie, the movie is worth watching once. Two giants shone their acting skill with ease.
